Hi, I'm Heather Mason. My 10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem (as both a partner and employee!) has allowed me to deeply understand the opportunity and challenges ISV partners face. Through my experience managing some of Salesforce's top performing ISV Summit partners, I have seen first hand the exponential impact strong partnerships can have. In addition to my time as a Partner Account Manger (PAM), I purposefully worked on both sides of the partner eco-system (SI's and ISV's) so I could fully understand the experience customers face when choosing to partner with Salesforce to achieve a true 360 degree view of their customers (Customer360, if you will). The partners who can make the buying experience seamless are the ones who are WINNING (and this starts long before the first customer meeting.) I am passionate about helping new ISV partners navigate the ecosystem, maximize their results and delight customers. (I am also passionate about my family and a good Tommy Boy or The Office quote. Both, I've found to be suitable for almost any situation)

Jennifer Osborn, former Salesforce, is a Salesforce Alliance Lead & GTM Strategist at ISV Accelerators. Her services through ISV Accelerators include being a Fractional Director of Strategic Partnerships. She has been at the forefront of guiding many Salesforce ISVs through the complexities of setting up agents to run on Agentforce for Salesforce.
She brings Senior level expertise into Technology Alliance & Channel strategy. With her strong background in Salesforce Summit & Industry partnerships and programs, she executed her GTM (Go-To-Market) skillset to support some of the largest global ISV partnerships in the world (ie. Conga & OwnBackup - pre-acquisition by Salesforce for $1.9B). Her history in partnerships started with having an innate ability and passion towards building successful alliance programs from the ground up, even with having no experience. She feels it is important to strategically and respectfully manage up to achieve executive level support. Her goal for partnerships is to achieve unrecognized, exponential revenue streams through GTM Strategy and business development.
