Hi, I'm Heather Mason.  My 10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem (as both a partner and employee!) has allowed me to deeply understand the opportunity and challenges ISV partners face. Through my experience managing some of Salesforce's top performing ISV Summit partners, I have seen first hand the exponential impact strong partnerships can have.  

 

In addition to my time as a Partner Account Manger (PAM), I purposefully worked on both sides of the partner eco-system (SI's and ISV's)  so I could fully understand the experience customers face when choosing to partner with Salesforce to achieve a true 360 degree view of their customers (Customer360, if you will).

 

The partners who can make the buying experience seamless are the ones who are WINNING

(and this starts long before the first customer meeting.)
